1. Car Infrared Camera

Alat ini diilhamkan melalui pemerhatian dan keperihatinan terhadap kes kemalangan yang berlaku akibat pemandu yang kurang cekap semasa pemanduan  dalam keadaan kabus, hujan atau di waktu malam.

Oleh itu, dengan memasang kamera infrared pada kenderaan, keselesaan pemandu di waktu malam atau kabus tebal dapat diatasi. Dengan alat ini, kecekapan memandu dalam keadaan berkabus dan hujan di waktu malam dipertingkatkan. Dengan ini, risiko kemalangan dapat dikurangkan kerana tahap penglihatan pemandu menjadi lebih jelas berbanding penggunaan sport light dan mengurangkan gangguan dan menjadikan pemanduan lebih selamat.

2. Bijak Sifir

Kaedah teknik menguasai asas sifir didalam program Bijak Sifir Alif telah sedikit sebanyak membantu pelajar muda supaya berminat dalam subjek Matematik dan Sains.

 Bijak Sifir disusun dengan modul yang mudah merangkumi teknik menguasai sifir melalui poladan nyanyian serta penyelesaian operasi mendarab dan bahagi teknik “bina dan capai”

3. Bio Smock Filter

Bio Smock Filter adalah alat yang digunakan untuk menapis asap yang dikeluarkan oleh kilang-kilang industri atau aktiviti-aktiviti yang mengeluarkan asap. Sistem penapisan alat ini adalah menggunakan prinsip tindak balas kimia di antara wap asap dan wap air. Wap asap yang dilepaskan akan diperangkap oleh kabus air dan dibantu oleh beberapa sistem tapisan lain seperti penapis karbon atau arang bagi menghilangkan bau asap.

Alat ini yang dihasilkan ini mampu mengatasi masalah pencemaran asap hasil yang terhasil daripada aktiviti-aktiviti perindustrian serta pusat pelupusan sampah yang mengamalkan pembakaran terbuka. Penapisan ini bukan sahaja dapat menapis gas-gas merbahaya malah ia dapat menapis partikel-partikel halus yang terdiri daripada habuk-habuk yang mengotorkan persekitaran. Oleh itu, produk ini berpotensi untuk dipasarkan ke sektor perindustrian, agensi pelupusan sampah atau mana-mana tempat yang mengeluarkan asap yang banyak.

4. Biological Mosquito Control (BiMoC)

Biological Mosquito Control (BiMoC) ini berfungsi untuk mengawal dan menghapuskan pembiakan nyamuk dari peringkat telur dan jentik-jentik terutamanya nyamuk aedes di dalam rumah dan persekitaran komuniti dan agensi-agensi kerajaan atau swasta.

5. Bi-ethanol Feul from ubikayu (Penghasilan Biotanol daripada Ubikayu)

Dihasilkan daripada kanji yang diekstrak daripada ubi kayu dihidrolisis dengan enzim untuk ditukarkan menjadi glukosa. Glukosa tersebut ditukar menjadi etanol melalui proses penapaian menggunakan yis Sacharomyces cerevisiae. Bioetanol yang terhasil daripada proses ini akan melalui proses penyulingan untuk mendapatkan etanol yang tulen. Bioethanol yang dihasilkan akan diubah komposisinya untuk menjadikan ia sesuai

Sebagai kegunaan minyak kereta. Bioetanol adalah salah satu bahan bakar biologi yang boleh diperbaharui dan mempunyai kehendak yang tinggi terutamanya di Negara Asia. Bioetanol boleh digunakan sebagai gantian  ataupun penambahan kepada, bahan bakar gasoline and diesel dalam aplikasi pengangkutan dan bukan pengangkutan disebabkan pengurangan penyimpanan petroleum.

Walaupun Malaysia belum didedahkan dengan penggunaan bioetanol sebagai bahan bakar alternatif, namum produk ini digambarkan dapat menjadi satu produk yang dikehendaki pada masa akan datang memandangkan peningkatan harga petroleum dunia. Kebanyakan negara maju seperti Brazil, China, Canada dan sebagainya telah mengaplikasikan bahan bakar alternatif dalam penggunaan enjin kereta mereka.

6. Automatic Circuit Breaker (ACB) For Low Voltage Substation Distribution System

Automatic Circuit Breaker (ACB) berpotensi memperbaiki pengagihan voltan rendah melalui kaedah penukaran fius penyalur dalam sub-stesen pengagih voltan rendah. la mempunyai keupayaan untuk mengesan arus elektrik yang melebihi takat yang ditetapkan dan secara automatik akan memutuskan talian elektrik tersebut. Setelah beberapa minit, sambungan fius akan disambung semula secara automatik. Sekiranya tiada masalah timbul, arus elektrik akan mengalir secara biasa. Akan tetapi jikalau masalah lebihan arus elektrik masih kekal sambungan akan diputuskan semula oleh ACB.

Penggunaan ACB ini merupakan ciri keselamatan yang mampu mengelakkan kejadian Iitar pintas dan memastikan barangan elektrik kita tidak  rosak akibat daripada penyaluran voltan yang terlampau tinggi.

7. Automatic Retractable Cloth Drying Stand (Arcs)

Penggunaan peralatan ini akan dapat mengelakkan pakaian yang telah dicuci menjadi basah kerana mempunyai keupayaan untuk berlipat dan melindungi (shade) pakaian yang digantung bila hujan. Sensor yang ada pada peralatan ini dapat mengesan hujan dan scissor hanger akan menarik ke dalam secara automatik ke bahagian yang dilindungi (shaded part). Langsir penggelek (roller curtain) akan dibuka dan diperluaskan (extended) secara automatik untuk menutup bahagian hadapan bagi tujuan melindungi pakaian yang digantung daripada hujan.

 8. Asemo Green Wash

Produk “Mobile Waterless Car Wash” adalah mesin pencucian kenderaan berkonsep bergerak. Peralatan yang digunakan adalah 100% mesra alam dan dapat menjimatkan penggunaan air pada tahap maksimum. Produk yang diberi jenama “Asemo Green Wash” akan dikomersilkan dengan konsep franchise dan akan dipasarkan melalui Syarikat Asemo G-Wash Enterprise.

Produk ini mampu menyediakan perkhidmatan yang maksimum kepada pelanggan, memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan dengan produk mesra alam, sangat selamat dan berkesan. Perkhidmatan yang dapat diberikan adalah mencuci bahagian luaran kenderaan dan mengilat bahagian luar dan dalam kenderaan.Kereta akan di sembur dengan menggunakan “N.E.K.A- Waterless Car Wash”. Penggunaan water jet yang diubahsuai dengan hanya menggunakan 3 liter air sahaja bagi sebuah kereta. Kereta akan terus di lap dengan menggunakan kain dari jenis “Microfiber” pada badan kereta, rim dan tayar kereta. Kereta akan dipolish dengan dengan menggunakan “N.E.K.A-liquid Car Polish” pada akhir pencucian .

9. Adjustable Wheel Chair

Rekaan Adjustable Wheel Chair adalah untuk memudahkan pesakit yang kurang upaya untuk bergerak dengan mudah. la mempunyai ciri seperti boleh berubah dari kerusi menjadi katil supaya pesakit tidak perlu bergerak terlalu banyak ketika ingin tidur atau bergerak ke tempat lain. Kerusi roda ini juga mampu menampung berat badan pesakit sehingga 150kg.

                                     

     Kerusi roda ini boleh dilipat dan disimpan, boleh diubahsuai menjadi katil, penyandar dan alas        kaki juga boleh dilaraskan mengikut keselesaan pesakit.

Kebaikan inovasi ini ialah lebih fleksibel dan banyak membantu pesakit dalam aktiviti harian. Produk ini sangat berpotensi untuk dipasarkan kerana sesuai untuk pesakit yang kurang upaya dan warga tua.

 10. Automatic Chicken Coop

Automatic Chicken Coop ini merupakan sebuah reban ayam yang menggunakan kawalan secara automatik berdasarkan gabungan mekanikal dan elektrikal. Ianya membolehkan proses membuang dan mengumpul najis secara automatik mengikut tempoh yang ditetapkan di dalam sesuatu masa, memberi makanan dan minuman mengikut masa yang telah ditetapkan secara automatik dan menyalakan lampu untuk pencahayaan pada waktu malam.

     Sasaran utama pengguna sistem ini adalah mereka yang terlibat dengan penternakan dan belaan     di rumah atau di klinik haiwan. Ini kerana skop aplikasi kawalan reban ini boleh diubahsuai           untuk kegunaan kecil (untuk menempatkan peliharaan) dan untuk kegunaan besar (untuk               menempatkan ternakan).

The Business          

Description of the Project

 

The resort is situated on three acres of waterfront property. We are located in the town of Mindoro, Vegan  City, within a five minute walk to stores and services. We are far enough away from the highway and train so that noise is not a problem.The property is fairly open with several large trees which provide our customers with sun or shade as desired. A large portion of the area is grassland we have 200 feet of sandy beach. A four to five foot high rock wall separates the beach from the grass area in front of the waterfront   cottages. Access to the beach is provided by stairs on one side and a boat launch crampon the other. We have a safe, sandy beach for swimming, a gradual incline into the water, separate swim and water ski floats, a water trampoline and shower at the boat launch to rinse off after swimming. We have a private dock, boat launching ramp, mooring buoys and a row boat to get  back  and forth from the buoys.The cottages, all non-smoking units, are arranged in a U shape from the beach around a central playground. We have four cottages  available  at  the water front, eight cottages we refer to as center  units on the rate sheet (they   are the second and third row back from the beach; the second row is about50 feet from the beach; the third row is about 80 feet from the beach along each side of the U) and two cottages we refer to as rear units on the rate sheet (they are about 100 feet from the beach) at the back of the U. All the playground area, except for the volleyball/badminton net and basketball hoop, is located within the U. Within the playground area there are three umbrella tables with four chairs each. A campfire pit (firewood is supplied) is located at the front of the U between the waterfront cottages. Patio lighting enhances the campfire area in the evening.We have now set up a Sunset beach Resort Facebook group which has more photos and comments on the resort. Please feel free to check it out.

The resort also has a coin operated laundry and a pay phone.. Fax, modem,data and e-mail services, including wireless internet, are available through the office.Check-in time is 3:00 pm or later and check-out is 10:00 am during summer weekly rentals.Product or Services Throughout the year guest can enjoy all the amenities at the resort. The    Sunset     Beach Resort will be established and operated (Place) through the stakeholders; (Names of your stakeholders). Each will be giving  RM 2,000,000.00   for the initial     capital of      the     resort     to   b e

Pre  Operational Period

The Sunset Beach Resort will be started on January 2012 for the construction of the building and expected to finish on September at the same year. The remaining months of the year will use as the testing operations to the equipment’s, electricity and           resort related. 

                

  

           Organization    Policies

The Sunset Beach Resort should have a good place to put in. If the resort have a problem in their delegates/visitors/costumers, the management will be responsible. In any accident in the pool area the management accountable in that thing. The management will put a signage, rules and regulations of the pool area. Employees give   a best and good service to all their customers.

Rules and Regulations

  General Rules and Regulations 

1. No Smoking in any building or pool area.
 2. Quiet time is 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. 
3. Only propane, UL approved fire pits are allowed. No burning wood of any kind.
 4. Please abide by the speed limit of 5 mph in the park. There are people walking around at all times. 
5. No illegal drugs.
6. RVs over 15 years old will only be allowed in the park with the    approval of the manager.
 7. No fireworks of any kind are allowed in the park.
 8. No non street legal motorized scooters or bikes allowed in the park. Remote control .
          toys are not allowed. Bikes and skateboards are only allowed in the street.
 9. Please do not put your barbecue on the wood picnic table.
 10. No clothing, towels etc. to be hung out at any time.11. Management is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, or vandalism, nor are  they responsible for accidents 

 Site   Rules

1. Sewer hose must be air tight and free of defects or leaks. 

2. No outside awning enclosures. 

3. No storage unites on sites. Patio furniture, barbecues, and planters only. 

4. No working on RVs or any vehicle unless a certified Mobile Service is here to do the work. 

5. RVs must be kept clean. Vehicles must be washed by a professional service and we have  names of these      companies in the office. 

6. All sites must be kept clean and free of debris at all times.

Pool  l       Courtesies

1. Children under 14 yrs. old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

2. No one under 14 yrs. old is allowed in the spa.

3. No diving into the pool or running in pool area.

4. No food allowed in the pool area. All drinks must be in non-breakable containers. 

5. No smoking in pool area.

6. No rafts allowed in pool 

7. Children are only to use the family pool.

And empower them to run the operation if need be by writing out all his policies and procedures. Wong found it easiest to break his business down into five categories

"Think up everything you do on a daily basis, and try to put them into one of these categories," he says. Here's how he tells other business owners to write an operations manual:

Organization

Write out all that's involved in your daily operations. Outline who's in charge of opening the business for the day and exactly how they should go about doing that. Provide specific instructions: park in the back, enter through the side entrance, unlock the door, disarm the security system, turn on all the lights, unlock all the doors and change the sign to Open. You'll also want to write down how to answer the phone, how to greet a customer, how to handle an angry client and any other related matters.

Marketing/sales.

You'll want to keep track of basic information, such as where your business cards, brochures, direct mail pieces and other promotional materials are printed, and how often. You'll want to describe how leads are generated, how they are followed up, how your company handles customer service, and anything else that has to do with generating new and repeat business.

People.

You'll want to write down all your staff positions, plus the job descriptions. For your current staff, record details of when (and how) each employee began or ended employment. Include a copy of your employee handbook, which covers everything from how employees should dress to how they earn bonuses and vacations.

Technology.

Outline all the machines, computers, software and equipment that you use to keep your business up and running. Discuss how your various pieces of technology operate, what they do, how they are maintained, who needs to use them and how employees are trained to use them.

 A business process is an activity or set of activities that will accomplish a specific organizational goal. Business process management is a systematic approach to improving those processes. Business process management is a systematic approach to making an organization's workflow more effective, more efficient and more capable of adapting to an ever-changing environment. The goal of BPM is to reduce human error and miscommunication and focus stakeholders on the requirements of their roles. BPM is a subset of infrastructure management, an administrative area concerned with maintaining and optimizing an organization’s equipment and core operations. There are three different kinds of BPM frameworks available in the market today. Horizontal frameworks deal with design and development of business processes and are generally focused on technology and reuse. Vertical BPM frameworks focus on specific set of coordinated tasks and have per-built templates that can be readily configured and deployed. Full-service BPM suites have five basic components:
